Ingredients:
2 containers (10 ounces per container) cherry tomatoes, then each tomato cut in half
1 cup Pico de Gallo, drained
1 can sliced black olives (2.25 ounces), drained
1 cup canned whole kernel yellow corn, drained
1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups Queso Fresco cheese, cut into bite size cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon True Lime crystals
1 avocado, cut into bite size cubes and sprinkled with lime juice
1 cup partially crushed Fritos or Doritos
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine cherry tomatoes, Pico de Gallo, olives, corn, pinto beans, and Queso Fresco cheese.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder and True Lime crystals over the top, then toss to combine. Add avocado and gently toss to combine. Add Fritos or Doritos to the top and serve.
