Ingredients:
1. 1 bag Stacy’s Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips (7.3 ounces)
2. 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
3. 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
4. 2/3 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
5. 1 1/2 cups mini Marshmallows
6. 1/4 cup Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
7. 1/4 cup caramel sauce
8. 1/4 cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch oven proof pan with half of the pita chips, set aside the rest of the chips for later.
3. Using a medium bowl toss the dark and milk chocolate chips until combined. Using 3/4 cup of the chocolate chip mix, sprinkle evenly over the pita chips, set aside the rest for later. Place half of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter cups evenly over the top, set aside the rest for later. Place half of the mini Marshmallows evenly over the top, set aside the rest for later.
4. Place the remaining Pita chips evenly over the top followed by the remaining chocolate chip mix, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Marshmallows.
5. Bake in oven on the middle rack for 10-11 minutes or until the top Marshmallows are golden brown.
6. Remove pan to a wire rack to cool.
7. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
8. Add the Nutella to a microwave safe bowl or microwave safe measuring cup with spout for easy pouring. Add 1 tablespoon of water and then microwave for 15 seconds. Stir well and then microwave for another 15 seconds. Stir well, repeat if necessary. Drizzle over the top of the S’mores Nachos and spoon out the rest.
Notes: For outdoor gas or charcoal grills, you can do this in an 8 x 8 aluminum pan. 350 degree F. heat. Close the lid on the grill. If no grill lid, use a sheet of aluminum foil to create a tent up from the grill and loosely over the top of the pan so that the heat from the grill will help brown the top Marshmallows.
Some more ideas to make your own: Add mini pretzels, Graham crackers, shortbread cookies or Stroopwafels. Use your favorite chopped up candy bar. Snickers bar, Heath Chocolate Toffee bar or Symphony Bar. A side plate to serve on top of sliced strawberries, raspberries, bananas or apples.
